We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:
Breakfast shifts from 6:30am-3:30pm
5 days per week (Tuesday- Saturday) with Saturdays off in rotation
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do:
Welcome members and their guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Deliver courteous, efficient, and attentive service at all times, ensuring the highest standards of member experience.
Answer telephone calls, manage bookings, and respond to general enquiries promptly and professionally.
What are we looking for?
Significant experience in a similar position is essential
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
