Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.
We are currently seeking a Maître D to join our team in Loulou’s Nightclub at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:
4 days per week (Wednesday- Saturday)
Evening shifts with 3am finish
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do:
Create a seamless and memorable member experience, anticipating needs and delivering an attentive and personalised service.
Manage reservations, table allocations, seating plans, and waitlists to maximise capacity
Build strong relationships with members, maintaining guest preferences and profiles to enhance service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve feedback or concerns professionally, working closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth operation.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, compliance, and hospitality, ensuring the restaurant and lounge areas reflect the club’s luxury standards.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a Maitre d’ or similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and guest relationship skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of service standards and reservation systems.
