We are currently seeking a Dining Room Manager to join our team in Loulou’s Nightclub at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours:
4 days per week (Wednesday- Saturday)
Evening shifts with 3am finish
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do:
Lead the dining room operation, delivering exceptional and personalised experiences for members and their guests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring service is tailored to individual preferences and expectations.
Work closely with the kitchen and senior leadership teams to deliver seamless service
Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team
Drive operational performance by maintaining the highest standards of service and team effectiveness.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent understanding of luxury food, beverage and service standards.
Exceptional communication and member-facing service skills.
