RB Holdings’ luxury private members’ club, 5 Hertford Street, is seeking a Sous Pastry Chef to lead the pastry kitchen, ensuring top-quality desserts and flawless presentation within a high-volume setting.
You will work 48 hours per week with shift starts at 11:30am or 3:30pm, Sundays off, and collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef on seasonal menus while maintaining rigorous hygiene and safety standards.
