Razzamataz Theatre Schools is looking for an experienced Franchise Performance & Development Manager to help drive the success, profitability and long-term growth of our award-winning UK franchise network.
For more than 25 years, weve been inspiring children and young people through dance, drama and singing.

The Role
This is a commercially focused leadership role where youll work alongside franchise partners to improve profitability, increase student numbers, strengthen customer retention and deliver sustainable business growth.
Youll analyse financial performance, coach business owners, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape the future success of our national franchise network.

No two days are the same.
One day you could be analysing business performance and creating growth plans, the next youll be coaching franchise owners, delivering training or supporting new franchise recruitment.

Leading commercial business reviews
Analysing franchise KPIs and P&L performance
Creating business improvement plans
Coaching franchisees to improve profitability

About You
