- Essential Criteria
- Experience of and a passion for working with children and young people
- Demonstrable passion for the performing arts
- Strong musical ability and understanding of dance techniques
- Strong ability to create performances with young performers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and staff
- Adaptability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs

- Qualifications in performing arts, dance, teaching

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons for students aged 4-18, covering both musical theatre and pop styles
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall student experience
- Participate in termly staff development meetings
- Maintain safeguarding standards (annual training provided)
