As our Franchise Performance & Development Manager, you'll become a strategic business adviser to franchise owners across the UK. You'll combine commercial thinking with genuine relationship building, using business insight, coaching and operational support to help franchise partners grow profitable, sustainable businesses. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing people, analysing business performance and making a visible difference.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coaching franchise partners to improve performance and profitability
  • Reviewing KPIs and Profit and Loss accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Supporting franchise recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development
  • Conducting business reviews and operational visits
  • Sharing best practice across the franchise network
  • Contributing to strategic projects that support continued growth
