RazorSecure is a highly disruptive cyber security software provider that has developed a novel suite of cyber security products for the railway sector, but with wide‑reaching applications to protect critical national infrastructure. Our operations are mainly UK and Europe focussed, but global opportunities are growing rapidly. We are a small, close‑knit team that loves to deliver cybersecurity solutions into a challenging environment.

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to RazorSecure’s Project Management and wider delivery team. The role will focus on maintaining project information, documentation, actions, risks, reporting and project‑management systems across a varied portfolio of customer and internal projects. This is suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and interested in developing within the organisation. Full training will be provided in RazorSecure’s systems and processes. Candidates who demonstrate project‑management capability and interest may have opportunities to progress towards greater project responsibility over time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project documentation and administration
  • Support and maintain project documentation, templates and filing to support smooth project kick‑off and delivery of live projects
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of project plans, status updates and meeting materials
  • Support the production and maintenance of Customer Documentation Requirement Lists (CDRLs), ensuring deliverables are accurate, up to date and submitted on time
  • Supporting the continued improvement of Project Management Processes and Workflows
  • Action and risk tracking
  • Own the day‑to‑day maintenance of Project Action Trackers and follow up action owners for timely updates and escalate overdue or blocked actions to the Project Manager
  • Maintain project risk registers, obtain updates from risk owners and elevate overdue, incomplete or significant items to the Project Manager
  • Coordinate the regular updating of our internal project‑management tools, ensuring project data, task status and milestones accurately reflect current progress
  • Assist with maintaining project‑management tooling best practice and supporting the team in using tools consistently
  • Reporting and monitoring
  • Support the production of monthly reports for Service Delivery customers, tracking progress against milestones and flagging any issues
  • Assist with daily alert management and support emails, escalating where appropriate
  • Support the delivery team in preparing for Customer Service Reviews, collating relevant data, reports and materials ahead of meetings
  • Assist with documenting outputs and actions from Service Reviews and tracking follow‑up items to completion
  • Meeting support and coordination
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas and follow‑up communications
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Operations and Delivery, Engineering, and Business Development teams to support project delivery
  • Help ensure all team members working on a project are kept well informed of relevant updates and changes

Skills required:

  • Organised and detail‑oriented
  • Project Management qualification or an interest in working towards one
  • Experience in a project support, coordination or administrative role, ideally within a technology or engineering environment
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy remote environment
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, shared documents and online systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Collaborative team player who is comfortable turning their hand to all aspects of project support
  • University degree or relevant working experience
  • Experience with tools such as Monday.com, GitHub or similar is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the railway sector and/or cyber security is a bonus
  • Knowledge of a second language
