Working pattern: 22.5 hours per week, typically worked across 3 days

Salary: £36,000 - £48,000 per annum (equivalent to a full-time salary of £60,000 - £80,000)

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing team. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing practical legal advice and guidance across a wide range of business matters.
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating client, supplier and commercial agreements.
  • Supporting the business with legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Identifying, assessing and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
  • Working alongside the People Team on employment-related legal matters where required.
  • Managing relationships with external legal advisers and specialist counsel.
  • Supporting company growth initiatives, including commercial projects and acquisitions.
  • Keeping up to date with legislation and regulations impacting the technology and managed services sector.

Our perfect candidate will be a qualified solicitor with strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice.

You'll be comfortable translating complex legal concepts into practical business guidance and have excellent contract drafting, review and negotiation skills.

Building strong relationships across the business is essential, so we're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.

You'll play a key role in helping razorblue manage risk, support growth and make confident business decisions.

  • Qualified UK solicitor, ideally with a commercial, technology or business law background
  • Experience advising on commercial contracts and legal matters within a business or law firm environment
  • Excellent contract drafting, review and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of legal risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise a varied legal workload in a part-time role
