Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management Procedure.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet the clients' needs.
- Provide feedback to technical teams based on clients' needs, aiding in the continuous improvement of the solutions offered.
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and proactive approach to evolving client needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must hold full clean UK Driving Licence.
- Must be able to deal with technical product information.
- Excellent proven IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider.
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
- Well-versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues.
