Razorblue Role

We are looking for a Project Manger to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:

End-to-End Project Delivery

  • Lead complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • Oversee project governance, tracking risks and resolving issues to keep things on course.
  • Drive seamless transitions from project delivery to ongoing support, maintaining service excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine requirements and schedules.
  • Negotiate scope changes when needed, ensuring project objectives remain aligned.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Knowledge share to strengthen the team.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and outcomes.

Our perfect candidate should have a wealth of knowledge delivering a wide variety of IT based solutions and will ideally have an MSP background. We have a well-established projects team, and this role will further strengthen our delivery capability to keep our clients happy!

  • Preferred certification in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, CSM, IAPM) demonstrating a strong foundation in project management principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience successfully managing large-scale, complex technical projects from initiation to closure, navigating challenges and driving results (MSP experience desirable).
  • Expertise in project lifecycle management, including designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating multiple concurrent projects to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Proficient in leveraging industry-specific software and project management tools to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and drive project efficiency.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, and effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication abilities, with a talent for conveying technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues
