razorblue role:

We are looking for a People Advisor to join our growing team of like-minded tech professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the People team in providing professional HR services across all employee touchpoints.
  2. Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance management.
  3. Administering and maintaining HR systems while ensuring data protection compliance.
  4. Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary issues, and grievances.
  5. Assisting in delivering our induction program and managing probation processes.
  6. Supporting the development and implementation of People initiatives and change management projects.

Our ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of HR processes and employment law, using these skills to deliver high-quality solutions supporting our employees and leaders.

Customer service skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.

  • CIPD Level 5 Associate qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in HR administration.
  • Understanding of HR processes and employment law.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
