We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech people.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management procedures.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet the client’s needs.
  • Provide feedback to technical teams based on client needs to aid in continuous improvement of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to evolving client needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must hold full clean UK driving licence.
  • Ability to deal with technical product information.
  • Excellent IT background, ideally with a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider experience.
  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
  • Well-versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
  • Excellent conversational fluency in English to clearly explain complex technical issues.
