IT Field Engineer Overview
We are looking for an IT Field Engineer to join our growing team. You will work closely with the Service Desk and Implementation teams to deliver tailored technical support and professional services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Service Desk and Implementation teams to provide technical support and professional services.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues; implement systems and technologies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide onsite support (90%) and remote support (10%) for troubleshooting Windows devices, mobile technology and networking equipment; Apple system familiarity is a plus.
- Maintain accurate support records and appropriately elevate unresolved cases.
- Visit client sites, manage workload to meet SLAs and uphold professionalism.

Qualifications
- Full Clean Manual UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, AD‑Sync, Intune & Office 365.
- Familiarity with Apple devices and operating systems is a plus.
- Experience with PC and laptop installations, internal part replacements on Windows/Mac.
- Comp TIA, relevant apprenticeship or higher education.
- People‑centric approach and service orientation.
- Competent with Windows desktop & application support.
- Tablet and mobile device support experience.
- Basic network troubleshooting (ping, trace route).
- Understanding of Razorblue’s business, clients and market.
- Excellent conversational fluency in English to explain complex technical issues clearly.
