We are looking for an Apprentice 1st Line Support Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure and connectivity provide 1st line technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical faults and issues.
- Respond to client queries and service requests.
- Assist with user rights, passwords, accounts.
- Handle basic security administration.
- Diagnose issues and explain technical details clearly.
- Occasional onsite visits to clients when needed.

Strong communication, and relationship-building skills
- Completion of secondary education to standard suitable of an apprentice and enrolled (or willing to enrol) on the Information Communication Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Aspects of Windows desktop, application support, Mobile Device and Tablet
- Basic understanding of business technologies
- A keen interest in the world of technology
- An understanding of how learning can be translated into real life situations.
- Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues.
