We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities using razorblue's ICP.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Work with Marketing on creative outbound sales campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Proposal Development
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Networking & Partnerships
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Work with Marketing to organise and host prospects at our offices.

- Reporting & Forecasting

- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
- Attend prospecting meetings with trusted partners.
- Attend and participate in internal sales meetings.

- Contribute to the development of long-term business growth strategies.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Experience
