Razor USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented After-Sales Support & Scooter Repair Technician to join our team at our Tiverton Head Office. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support and hands-on repair services for our range of kids' scooters. If you have a passion for engineering, a knack for fixing things, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities- Accurately diagnose and perform simple mechanical and electrical repairs on kids' scooters, ensuring all products meet Razor's stringent quality and safety standards.
- Log and track common product faults, providing valuable, structured feedback to the product development and quality assurance teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient repair workshop environment, managing parts inventory and repair workflow.
- A proven level of experience in bike or scooter repair, or a strong, demonstrable interest in engineering and after-sales service.
- Exceptional attention to detail is a must for accurate fault diagnosis and precise, high-quality repair work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and professional approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions for product issues.
- Proven soldering capabilities and experience would be a distinct advantage in this role.
