Overview
In this role you will lead DSAT-aligned training analysis, design, development, and evaluation to support a major naval capability. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Raytheon UK and partners to shape curriculum and delivery. The position involves stakeholder engagement, procurement support, and continuous improvement in learning programs, with remote work and travel up to 25%. You will navigate security clearances (BPSS/SC) and represent the business at industry events. This is a chance to shape professional development in a critical defence domain.

Responsibilities
- Lead training needs analysis, curriculum development, and DSAT-compliant delivery
- Manage stakeholders, suppliers, SMEs, engineers, and OEMs throughout programme delivery
- Provide project reporting, presentations, and status updates to customers and management
- Support procurement, planning, and delivery to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives
- Coach and mentor analysts while driving curriculum change and continuous improvement
- Research emerging learning technologies and represent the business at industry events
- Resolve customer issues and champion EHS compliance across all activities

- Demonstrated advanced DSAT experience
