- Develop and implement robust/repeatable manufacturing processes.
- Ownership/responsibility of process/equipment throughout the Product Value Stream.
- Design for Excellence (DfX) Analysis and collaboration with Design teams.
- Identify, expedite and/or escalate any quality or performance issues.
- Achieve On Time Delivery targets.
- Effective use of manufacturing data and analysis techniques to proactively identify and address issues, driving systemic Root Cause/Corrective Action.
- Report and maintain Process/Equipment Engineering metrics, track performance.
