In this role you’ll play a key part in the PMO function providing financial assurance and enabling Project and Programme Managers to make key business decisions. Key duties include:
- Approving expenses
- Ensuring accurate, timely client billing
- Performing variance analysis to prevent cost overruns
- Assisting with forecasting and tracking profitability throughout the project lifecycle

You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation where project finance is seen as the cornerstone of the Project Management Office. Key skills required:
- Excellent organisation skills and time management

- SAP and advanced MS Excel skills
- Eligible for achieving SC security clearance
Additional responsibilities include:
- Budget and cost control through weekly monitoring of labour/expenses to ensure correct time bookings and carry out variance to forecast analysis
- Document and records management via maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation such as client forecast trackers
- Financial Reporting by assisting the Project Managers with quarterly EACs and validating CIP balances
- Support new business opportunities through financial modelling
- Invoicing and billing of monthly approval of client billing for all costs/expenses hitting specific projects
