In this role you will lead budgeting and forecasting activities for the Legal and Compliance function, driving cost analysis, reporting, and financial controls. You will partner with Legal and other finance stakeholders to manage costs, prepare annual plans and submissions, and support management reviews. The position offers exposure to senior leadership and broad influence across Raytheon’s budgeting processes. Responsibilities:

  • Establish AOP and EAC, compile monthly variance analysis, and support for FPAs and submissions
  • Partner with Legal to forecast and manage expenses across cost accounting segments
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting to support budgets and policy interpretation
  • Ensure financial controls and compliance to support business needs
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing, and related approvals

Key requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years, or advanced degree with 5+ years
  • Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office, and Microsoft Excel; ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
