What You'll be doing:
- Work on product performance and process
- Reporting and analysis tasks
- Tech support for customers
- Support innovation for engineering tasks
- Perform root cause and corrective action as required
- Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks
- KPIs/metrics/data as required
Your Skills:
- Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge/experience of electronics manufacturing
- Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing
- Can lead/participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes
- Experience of various manufacturing platforms
- Technical presentation skills
- Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company
- Communication to all levels of the organisation
- Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required
