Overview
In this role you lead a centralized analytics team focused on logistics data, reporting, and BI to drive better service levels and cost efficiency. You partner with RTX and Raytheon Operations to standardize metrics, data definitions, and governance while delivering data-driven dashboards and platforms. You’ll shape analytics strategy, develop a roadmap for metrics and forecasting, and mentor a team to grow into strategic partners. This position supports cross-functional execution and continuous process improvement within a mission-critical logistics context.

Responsibilities
- Lead analytics strategy with Operations & Supply Chain leadership to meet cost, quality, schedule, and compliance goals
- Direct a centralized team supporting Inventory Compliance, Freight & Fleet; establish intake and prioritization across stakeholders
- Develop talent within the team, including coaching, career progression, and promotions decisions
- Establish data governance with standard definitions, single source of truth, and governance publications
- Create a roadmap for metrics, forecasting, and visualization solutions
- Partner with technology owners to deliver automated dashboards and data platforms
- Define logistics and inventory metrics and drive process discipline with operational stakeholders
- Participate in quarterly business reviews to provide KPI input and oversight
- Share and implement best practices with Supply Chain and Logistics Execution teams
- Drive innovation to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Key requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years, or Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Experience extracting and reconciling Special Program Access and ERP data
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
