Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex challenges. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) Knowledge and demonstrable application of Agile fundamentals Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) Keenness to learn, collaborate, and share best practices across the business and customers through our active Communities of Practices.
