b Overview /b p In this role you ensure production continuity by performing planned and reactive maintenance, triggering improvements through TPM and CMMS-driven workflows. You work within the maintenance team to uphold safety and operational standards, tackling real-time issues and driving efficiency. The position offers training, development and a shift pattern that supports business growth in a high‑precision aerospace environment. You will contribute to reliable equipment performance and continuous process enhancements. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li shift allowance 30% /li li 25 days annual leave + bank holidays /li li private medical insurance /li li Employee Assistance Programme /li li Flexible benefits (buy sell holiday allowance, discounted gym memberships) /li li double‑match pension up to 10% /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support production continuity through planned and reactive maintenance tasks /li li Manage TPM activity and minimize downtime /li li Handle work requisitions via CMMS and report progress to Facilities Manager /li li Maintain orderly practices using CORE operating system /li li Fault find on CNC machines, solvent cleaning machines, welding equipment and 3‑phase motors and controls /li li Troubleshoot safety control circuits (12V/24V DC and 110/230V AC) and electrical heating systems /li li Possess or develop PLC experience and uphold safety and environmental policies /li li Work night shifts (8:30pm–6:15am) with 9h15m shifts and 30% shift allowance /li li Adhere to company health, safety and environmental policies /li li Assist with real-time problem resolution and operate calmly under pressure /li li Maintain documentation and records for TPM and maintenance activities /li li Coordinate with Facilities Manager and use CMMS to track progress /li li Leverage Agility CMMS and CORE OS to maintain professional working practices /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Apprentice trained City Guilds or equivalent /li li Strong organizational abilities /li li Computer skills /li li Good stakeholder communication /li li Ability to read schematic drawings /li li IPAF and FLT licenses beneficial but not essential /li li Experience with fault finding on industrial equipment; PLC experience preferred but not essential /li li Willingness to work permanent night shifts and flexible hours /li /ul ul li ownership and accountability /li li calm under pressure /li li effective communication /li li CNC machine fault finding /li li solvent cleaning machines /li li welding equipment /li /ul
