Raytheon UK is seeking a Production Manager to join our Manufacturing team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract at Glenrothes.
As Production Manager, you will be a key leading figure within a customer focused cross-functional team and will be responsible for the manufacture of a range of electronic and electro-mechanical products, managing a team of Production Supervisors, Associates and Engineers. Driving excellent teamwork and flawless execution in delivery, quality, safety, and cost.
This role will fully be on-site joining a working environment where everyone can grow and contribute as part of a successful, inclusive, high performing culture. You will largely be based in Glenrothes, however you may be required to support our sister site in Livingston, dependent on business requirements.
You must be eligible and willing to gain BPSS clearance.
