About the role:
We are seeking a high‑potential IBP & Workforce Planning Analyst to play a key role in strengthening and evolving our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability. This is a high‑impact role that goes beyond coordination, offering the opportunity to embed best‑in‑class planning disciplines, influence strategic decision‑making, and shape the future of IBP and workforce planning across the organisation.
Working closely with the IBP Lead, you will act as a trusted partner in delivering the IBP operating cadence while driving continuous improvement in how we plan, forecast, and make informed business decisions.
Required experience:
- Experience in IBP, SIOP, or cross‑functional planning environments
- Strong organisation and governance skills (plans, trackers, RAID logs)
- Data‑confident, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and insight
- Ability to produce clear reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to challenge and drive follow‑through
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with exposure to Power BI or similar tools
- Understanding of workforce or resource planning principles
Desirable experience:
- Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or transformation support role
- Familiarity with planning or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, Kinaxis)
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or complex operational environments
- Exposure to process improvement or change initiatives
- Clear interest in developing a career in IBP, business transformation, or strategic planning.
