The HR Advisor will support a busy People & Culture Team with a range of HR Generalist tasks. You'll be required to spend a couple of days a week at the Harlow site to support the team. Raytheon UK are a global leader in the Manufacturing, Space, Defence, Engineering and Technology industries. The Harlow office is the UK Head Office, a Technology Centre of Excellence. You'll collaborate across the whole business in addition to supporting the HR team.
This is a HR generalist role which can include supporting a full range of activities from operations, metrics, training, data, recruitment, employee relations etc as required. We are looking to hire an experienced HR professional with relevant skills and experience highlighted on your CV and professional qualifications relevant to the role such as a degree, CIPD, professional HR qualifications etc.
