What You'll be doing:
- Work on product performance and process reporting and analysis tasks.
- Tech support for customers.
- Support innovation for engineering tasks.
- Perform root cause and corrective action as required.
- Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required.
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks.
- KPIs/metrics/data as required.
Your Skills:
- Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge/experience of electronics manufacturing.
- Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing.
- Can lead/participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes.
- Experience of various manufacturing platforms.
- Technical presentation skills.
- Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company.
- Communication to all levels of the organisation.
- Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required.
