Raytheon UK has an exciting new opportunity for a Production Manager to join our Glenrothes team. As CCA Production Manager, you will report into the CCA & Inventory Manager and will be responsible for the management of the Circuit Card Assembly area team. You will have responsibility for safety, management, training and development to meet production quality and output targets. The role involves a significant requirement for effectively communication with manufacturing leadership teams. Responsible for managing safety standards within a manufacturing area to support site safety targets. Responsible for delivery and reporting of Circuit Card Assembly manufacturing targets. Identifying and co-ordination of training for all staff.
