b Overview /b p In this role you lead a high‑performing Integrated Project Team across multiple product lines, delivering technically challenging projects on time and within budget. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while guiding junior project managers and pursuing new opportunities. The role blends leadership, planning and execution to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality outcomes. You’ll benefit from a flexible mix of hybrid working and the chance to visit national and international sites, contributing to Raytheon UKs Advanced Products mission. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Competitive salaries /li li 25 days holiday + public holidays /li li Contributory Pension Scheme /li li Company bonus scheme (discretionary) /li li Life Assurance (6x salary) /li li Flexible Benefits scheme (salary sacrifice) /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Direct a high‑performing Integrated Project Team across multiple product lines /li li Deliver complex projects to schedule, budget and quality targets with P L accountability /li li Manage project scope and customer requirements with proactive actions /li li Utilise project performance data to inform corrective actions and decision making /li li Provide leadership to multi‑disciplined teams and mentor junior PMs /li li Identify and pursue new opportunities with customers and internal stakeholders /li li Engage with customers and suppliers, including travel to sites as needed /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree in technical, manufacturing or project management related discipline (or equivalent experience) /li li Experience as a Project Manager with complex projects and P L accountability /li li Proven ability to deliver projects on time, to budget and to quality /li li Strong scope management and ability to translate customer requirements into actionable plans /li li Decision‑making based on project performance data and metrics /li li Experience in project financial management and reporting /li li Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams /li li Knowledge of risk and opportunity management techniques /li /ul ul li Effective stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels /li li Excellent verbal, written and presenting skills /li li Resilience and ability to navigate pressurised delivery challenges /li li P L accountability /li li Risk and opportunity management techniques /li li Project financial management and reporting /li /ul
