Role & Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Raytheon UK and RTX by delivering exceptional end-to-end recruitment support. Partnering with business and functional leaders, you'll ensure we attract, engage, and secure the very best talent - both internally and externally - to drive our growth. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, operating in a direct-to-market model where candidate experience, business impact, and agility are key.
Required experience
- Proven success in permanent or contract recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a matrix organisation.
- Strong track record in direct sourcing and headhunting using platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple disciplines.
- Flexible approach to sourcing, able to balance internal mobility with external talent acquisition.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volume recruitment.
- Experience of recruiting in engineering, Software, Test Development and Manufacturing.
Desirable experience
- Knowledge of recruiting within Cybersecurity, Software, Engineering, Defence, Aerospace, or similar technical domains.
- Experience building pipelines in partnership with Talent Development teams (e.g. early careers, future leaders).
