- Strong stakeholder and support skills: experience gathering requirements, training users, and delivering day‑to‑day support with clear documentation.
- Security and governance mindset: experience with permission modelling, SSO/SAML, and periodic access/audit processes.
- Automation and integration skills: automation rules, and common add‑ons (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira).
- Custom‑per‑project design skills: ability to design and operate multiple isolated environments without cross‑contamination of schemes or data.
- Strong understanding of Excel, VBA and Jira/Excel interactions.
Desirable
- Atlassian certifications (Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator or equivalent).
- Experience with multi‑tenant or multi‑project governance at scale.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and integrations.
