Quality Engineer - Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days a week on site in Warminster. Be at the forefront of transforming British Army training.

You’ll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training and functionally through the Raytheon UK Quality team. Ultimately, you’ll work for the British Army, championing innovation, and helping shape the future of military training.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while coordinating assurance activities across the Omnia consortium.
  • The role involves proactively identifying and managing quality issues and customer‑related concerns, supporting the TTS Quality Lead and Services Quality Manager in achieving defined Quality Key Performance Indicators, and reviewing requirement changes to effectively manage impacts with key stakeholders.
  • You will also play a key role in promoting a strong culture of quality and continual improvement, acting as a CORE ambassador within TTS.
Duties
  • Assuring TTS remains compliant with contracted and regulatory requirements, standards and Raytheon’s code of conduct and business practices.
  • Assist in the management of the Omnia QMS.
  • Commits time and energy to pursuing improvements and innovations across the business and is quality focused.
  • Promote risk-based thinking regarding contractual compliance.
  • Promote change management within TTS.
  • Ability to generate business metrics as required.
  • Ability to review and assess business metrics to recommend improvements to the BMS.
  • Updating compliance mapping toolsets and QMS management software.
