Overview
Production Associate October Start (Permanent) role at Raytheon UK. Location: Glenrothes, Scotland (on-site) or Livingston site options. Permanent/full-time position with start in October 2025.
Roles and responsibilities are listed below; on-the-job training is provided in-house for the first 5 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Soldering
- Mechanical and wiring assembly
- Following all quality and health & safety guidance
- Following instructions for the technical tasks
- Kit preparation
- Bonding & coating
- Test assemblies using specialist equipment
- Computer skills for any admin tasks required
- Successfully complete BPSS baseline background check if offered a role (permanent UK residency is required for the checks)
This role is on-site, in a factory/lab/manufacturing cell environment using a range of electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and a microscope.
Shifts and Training
- Training shifts will be similar times adjusted to the training schedule
- Shifts: Day and Night Shift options available (please state preference during application)
- Training (usually 1st 5 weeks at Glenrothes)
Shifts after training:
- Dayshift: Mon-Wed 07:30-17:18; Thu 07:30-17:06
- Nightshift: Mon-Wed 10:00-07:00; Thu 09:30-07:00

- Ideal for candidates based in Fife and West Lothian & surrounding areas
- Glenrothes or Livingston site options (role on-site)
