Role & Responsibilities
- Produce engaging storyline builds for training courses following the Courseware/Media production process, Development Manual, and Style Guide.
- Create courses using effective asset management and workflow; visualise and plan content and media along a timeline.
- Comply with Raytheon and customer policies.
- Assist other Raytheon areas as required.
- Ensure personal health and safety and that of colleagues and customers.
- Maintain flexibility for travel to other UK sites as needed.
- Champion and foster a culture of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
- Perform any other duties necessary to complete CMDC training services.
Required Experience
- Design, develop, and implement training solutions in Articulate Storyline to enhance learner engagement.
- Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to create high‑quality learning experiences.
- Ensure instructional materials align with best practices and internal quality standards.
- Be organised and work well independently and in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Interpret technical and non‑technical information and apply it to visual media and animations.
- Multi‑task and manage multiple projects in a deadline‑oriented environment.
- Use MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) proficiently.
- Lead and motivate team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders outside the CMDC team to gather technical information for media requirements.
- Be eligible to qualify for SC security clearance.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Moodle or other LMS.
- Previous development of high‑quality courses for digital learning & training.
- Creation of animation sequences and effective asset management workflow.
- Knowledge of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
