About the role
We are seeking a dynamic people leader who can navigate a complex matrix organisation with agility. In this role, you will work across the full employee lifecycle—including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Design and Organisational Effectiveness—while collaborating closely with our Centres of Expertise (COEs). Your work will help strengthen a shared culture and reinforce our expectations of inclusive behaviours across the business.
