About the role
The HR Administrator will deliver high quality services to support the UK wide HR function and business through various activities including data collation, recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, invoice processing and employee benefits processing.
Skills and Experience
- Experience of using HR Information Systems e.g. Workday.
- Experience of working closely with payroll teams to maintain data accuracy.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to spot opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Understanding of HR processes and procedures and ability to interpret to resolve or escalate queries.
- Work independently and manage own workload, with moderate supervision.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the People Services Shared Services team and HR function on a range of administrative tasks to support the various Communities of Expertise (COE), and wider business.
- Liaise with HR Analysts and Advisors on various transactional tasks to be completed in collaboration.
- Extract data from systems (Workday, SAP) to be reviewed for further analysis.
- Process and log employee absence and leave reporting for payroll purposes.
- Process purchase requisition/invoice reconciliation in SAP as required by function.
- Supporting employee benefits processing requirements, maintenance of online portal, and resolving employee benefit and pension queries.
- Review/approve people transactions and process internal recruitment/offer process in HR system (Workday).
- Support the input of learning modules into Workday.
- Support onboarding processes (including but not limited to Right to Work and presenting employee Welcome Sessions) and offboarding activities and administration.
- Support candidate and employee lifecycle processes; scheduling interviews, onboarding, candidate queries regarding recruitment process and maternity/paternity.
- Process contractor recruitment requests directed by TA Partner.
- Maintenance of HR SharePoint sites.
- Collaborate with wider HR operational team to support with the audit of HR processes and policies to identify and resolve compliance gaps.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies in handling personal and sensitive employee information.
- Support HR Advisor Team with administrative tasks related to employee relations casework.
- Escalate issues to the HR Operations Manager.
