Raytheon UK has an exciting new opportunity for an HR Data Reporting Analyst to join our team, largely based in Harlow. In this role you will deliver high‑quality service to support the UK‑wide HR function and the wider business through activities such as maintaining HR systems, data analysis, security, reporting, metrics, and governance. Eligibility for BPSS and ideally SC clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR Operations team on analytical tasks to support the various Communities of Expertise—including Talent Management, Total Reward, Employee Relations, and Business Partner teams.
  • Collaborate with Global People Services to monitor data quality and integrity across all HR data sources.
  • Use large data sets and analytic tools (formulas, pivot tables, macros) for reporting.
  • Triangulate workforce intelligence from multiple systems to identify potential workforce efficiencies.
  • Provide data analysis to identify/forecast trends and present narratives and recommendations to stakeholders using appropriate presentation tools accessible to all audiences.
  • Own HR reporting requirements, including employee data, headcount reporting, HR KPIs, self‑service dashboards, compensation and benefits reporting, benchmarking analytics, diversity reporting, organisational structures, and workforce planning.
  • Create benchmarking data, intelligence, research, and insights for ongoing market, competitor, and trend data‑gathering activities.
  • Represent the HR Operations team on business projects and programmes as required, providing expertise and recommendations.

Required Experience

  • Experience as an analyst working with data analysis and trend forecasting, with the ability to create narrative and recommendations.
  • Experience creating benchmark data and undertaking research.
  • Ability to run analytics and reports from HR information systems, identify disparities in the data, and resolve them.
  • Experience working closely with payroll teams to maintain data accuracy.
  • Experience using HR Information Systems (Workday).
  • Advanced or intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • Previous similar experience in an HR team working with metrics, reporting, operations, visa processing, HR processes, data, and HR systems.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using the Power BI tool.
