What You’ll be doing:

  • Work on product performance and process reporting and analysis tasks.
  • Tech support for customers.
  • Support innovation for engineering tasks.
  • Perform root cause and corrective action as required.
  • Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required.
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks.
  • KPIs/metrics/data as required.

Your Skills:

  • Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge/experience of electronics manufacturing.
  • Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing.
  • Can lead/participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes.
  • Experience of various manufacturing platforms.
  • Technical presentation skills.
  • Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company.
  • Communication to all levels of the organisation.
  • Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required.
