Job type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on product performance and process.
  • Reporting and analysis tasks.
  • Tech support for customers.
  • Support innovation for engineering tasks.
  • Perform root cause and corrective action as required.
  • Support manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required.
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and manufacturing process tasks.
  • Manage KPIs, metrics and data as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum HND or degree in a related subject such as STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge/experience of electronics manufacturing.
  • Process improvement, efficiency and lean manufacturing.
  • Ability to lead or participate in process FMEA, control plan, process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes.
  • Experience of various manufacturing platforms.
  • Technical presentation skills.
  • Ideally have worked for an engineering, manufacturing or defence company.
  • Strong communication skills at all organisational levels.
  • Can work as a team player, independently and challenge the status quo as required.

Eligibility & Security

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and a permanent UK resident.
  • Successfully complete a baseline (BPSS) security and background check.
