About the role:

The HR Administrator will deliver high quality services to support the UK wide HR function and business through various activities including data collation, recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, invoice processing and employee benefits processing.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of using HR Information Systems e.g. Workday.
  • Experience of working closely with payroll teams to maintain data accuracy.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to spot opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Understanding of HR processes and procedures and ability to interpret to resolve or elevate queries.
  • Work independently and manage own workload, with moderate supervision.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of salary sacrifice benefits provisions.
  • Compensation and benefits or reward analyst experience.
  • Experience of Workday.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the People Services Shared Services team and HR function on a range of administrative tasks to support the various Communities of Expertise (COE), and wider business.
  • Liaise with HR Analysts and Advisors on various transactional tasks to be completed in collaboration.
  • Extract data from systems (Workday, SAP) to be reviewed for further analysis.
  • Process and log employee absence and leave reporting for payroll purposes.
  • Process purchase requisition/invoice reconciliation in SAP as required by function.
  • Supporting employee benefits processing requirements, maintenance of online portal, and resolving employee benefit and pension queries.
  • Review/approve people transactions and process internal recruitment/offer process in HR system (Workday).
  • Support the input of learning modules into Workday.
  • Support onboarding processes (including but not limited to Right to Work and presenting employee Welcome Sessions) and off-boarding activities and administration.
  • Support candidate and employee lifecycle processes; scheduling interviews, onboarding, candidate queries regarding recruitment process and maternity/paternity.
  • Process contractor recruitment requests directed by TA Partner.
  • Maintenance of HR SharePoint sites.
  • Collaborate with wider HR operational team to support with the audit of HR processes and policies to identify and resolve compliance gaps.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies in handling personal and sensitive employee information.
  • Support HR Advisor Team with administrative tasks related to employee relations casework.
  • Escalate issues to the HR Operations Manager.
