What You Will Do:
Raytheon UK is seeking a capable and experienced project manager to join the project management team for an important strategic contract with the UK Ministry of Defence. The successful candidate will lead multi-functional teams to manage the procurement and integration of training devices and manage risk and change across the programme. The Core PM is accountable to the Procurement and Integration Programme Manager for meeting delivery commitments to time (schedule), quality and cost.
Essentials:
- Relevant, recent demonstrable experience of successful project management in a highly regulated and/or controlled environment.
- Demonstrate and advocate high performing culture behaviours.
- A self-starting and capable manager, able to manage change through the matrix organisation, even where direct hierarchical control does not exist.
- Resilient and supportive, with the stamina to work in sometimes sensitive and pressurised situations to overcome delivery challenges.
