Title: Security Resilience & Business Continuity Manager
Function: EHS, Facilities & Security
Location: Harlow, Glenrothes, Broughton, or any of the Raytheon UK sites (Hybrid).
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Full time 37 hours
Travel: Frequent travel to UK sites as required.

Role Overview:
This role involves leading efforts in security compliance, risk management, and operational resilience to protect business operations and respond to disruptions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Compliance
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Conduct audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with teams to address compliance gaps.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
Business Continuity & Resilience
- Develop and maintain BC/DR plans.
- Conduct BIAs and risk assessments.
- Lead continuity exercises.
- Manage incident response during disruptions.
- Maintain risk registers and mitigation strategies.
- Report to senior leadership.
Policy & Governance
- Create and update security and continuity policies.
- Promote compliance culture through training.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as primary contact for auditors and regulators.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Senior Security Manager as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in security management, business continuity, or risk management.
- Leadership experience and knowledge of resilience disciplines.
- Experience with large infrastructure projects and risk management.
- Proficient in compliance management tools.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience with ISO 22301 accreditation.
- Diploma in Security Management (NVQ Level 5) or higher.
- Background in MoD/Military security or intelligence is desirable.
- Knowledge of Counter Sabotage & Operational Resilience.
- Educational background in business, risk management, law, or related fields.
