Title: Security Resilience & Business Continuity Manager
Function: EHS, Facilities & Security
Location: Harlow, Glenrothes, Broughton, or any of the Raytheon UK sites (Hybrid).
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Full time 37 hours
Travel: Frequent travel to UK sites as required.

About the role:
This position offers an opportunity for an experienced Security Resilience & Business Continuity Manager to lead efforts in compliance, security risk management, and operational resilience, safeguarding business operations and ensuring effective response to disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Compliance
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Conduct audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with teams to address compliance gaps.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
Business Continuity & Resilience
- Lead BC/DR plan development and maintenance.
- Conduct BIAs and risk assessments.
- Coordinate continuity exercises.
- Act as incident response lead during disruptions.
- Maintain risk register and mitigation strategies.
- Report risks and compliance to leadership.
- Support third-party risk assessments.
Policy & Governance
- Develop security and continuity policies.
- Promote compliance culture through training.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as contact for auditors and regulators.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Senior Security Manager when needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Security Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Experience with high-impact risk functions in large projects.
- Proficiency in compliance management tools.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- ISO 22301 accreditation experience.
- Diploma in Security Management (NVQ Level 5) or higher.
- Background in MoD/Military security or Intelligence preferred.
- Knowledge of Counter Sabotage & Operational Resilience (CSOR).
- Degree in relevant field such as business, law, or risk management.
