About the role:

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the TE Maintenance Team Lead will lead and coordinate a small, dedicated team of electrical and mechanical engineers responsible for minor defect repair of all training equipment. The role ensures compliance with company standards and contractual requirements. The position will be primarily located in the South East (Portsmouth) area with the occasional requirement to travel to the South West (Plymouth).
