At our Kilkeel Facility, we manufacture aircraft interior seating for global customers. To support our existing business and enable future growth we are offering a 12-month Industrial Placement opportunity to join a team dedicated to Business Systems Analysis and Continuous Improvement. The role will be based on site at Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.
What you will do:
- Support data analysis activities, leveraging tools to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
- Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in business systems.

Skills and Experience Required:
This Industrial Placement opportunity is suited to you if you are passionate about a career in Business Systems. We will delight in training and supporting you during your placement which means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team.
Essential Criteria:
- Studying towards a degree or integrated master's in Business Administration, Information Systems or a relevant degree involving problem solving and data analysis.
- Available to complete a 12-month placement commencing in June/July 2026.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience of analysing information, improving processes, or working with data.
- Basic understanding of business systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software and data analysis tools and techniques e.g. Power BI.
Desirable Criteria:
- Demonstrable and substantial experience working within a Business Systems environment.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python.
