A key role reporting to the Finance Manager within the ACTS (Army Collective Training Services) Programme. This role will be responsible for providing high quality business partnering and supporting accurate, actionable financial analysis and insight to the Programme team.
The individual will be relied upon to provide proactive accurate reporting to the Programme to support insightful decision making. The individual will ensure compliance with financial governance and policy requirements and support to monthly business forecasting; AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and 5-year strategic planning and project accounting (EACs).
Responsibilities:
- Production of Weekly and Monthly Reporting requirements for all elements of the ACTS Programme
- Booking code set-up, time recording analysis and support to the weekly namerun reviews
- Month-end close activities, including journal preparation
