Supports Commercial/Subcontract Managers in managing high-value/complex contracts and responding to requests for proposals. Main Duties: Support to Subcontract Managers in preparation and assessment of Requests for Proposal and negotiation of agreements and changes Placement and maintenance of low-value Purchase Orders Administration of standard due diligence activity Creation and maintenance of compliance matrices Management and measurement of supplier delivery performance Administration of acceptance and receipt of goods and services Maintenance of records Attend customer, supplier, and internal reviews in support of Subcontract Manager Support to Commercial Managers in preparation of responses to Requests for Proposal and negotiation of agreements and changes Management of low-value Contracts Administration of standard due diligence activity Creation and maintenance of compliance matrices Measurement of Contract performance Administration of delivery, acceptance, and invoicing of goods and services Maintenance of records Attend customer and internal reviews in support of Contract Manager Candidate Requirements: Good general office skills including Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to work in a team Good verbal and written communication skills Flexible and positive attitude Experience in Contract Management and delivery/acceptance/invoicing processes Basic understanding of logistics Basic knowledge of standard agreement types Experience with MRP and purchase order placement/material receipt processes Basic understanding of supplier evaluation and selection Experience in negotiation Experience in financial management Basic knowledge of programme management, including risk management #J-18808-Ljbffr
