The role involves developing training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training. This position offers remote working (from home). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate within a team to analyze, design, maintain, review, and produce DSAT Documentation & processes for military training sites and organizations. Identify and articulate training needs arising from new or changing requirements. Recommend optimal training solutions to meet the Authority\βs requirements, balancing time, cost, and quality, and define the training solution in detail to enable training design. Produce and update Training Design documents, including Formal Training Statement, Training Performance Statement, Training Objectives, Workplace Training Statement, Residual Training Gap Statement, Assessment Strategy, Assessment Specification, Learning Specification, Training Authorization Document, in DSAT compliant templates. Interview subject matter experts to gather necessary data. Participate in workshops to discuss and agree on analysis findings. Maintain and revalidate course syllabi, standards, trainer qualifications, and related information. Update training design in response to new requirements and feedback to ensure training remains current and effective. Identify opportunities for accreditation of new or amended training programs. Promote a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement. Perform any other duties necessary to complete the CMDC Training Service. Essential Requirements: Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and with the customer. Experience in course design and significant contribution to training course development. Good knowledge of training design and development processes for training media. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Desirable Requirements: Experience in organizational design and development. Experience in developing apprenticeship qualifications. Degree-level education in a relevant field. Teaching and training development qualification at degree level. Human Resource Development qualification and experience. Membership of a professional body such as CIPD.
